Come ready to practice Thursday with the music you need already printed out. If you aren't able to, let me know ahead of time and I'll get copies for you.

Please take time to memorize the words to the songs, and practice your parts with your instruments. Especially the songs in different keys than you've played them in in the past. Have a blessed next week!

Song Select Information:

Many songs can be viewed, and the melody of the song can be listened to from a webiste called song select. Log in with the information given to the right. You can search for a song and click on the audio symbol to listen to a piece of it. To hear the entire melody, click on Lead Sheet. A new window will open up. Here you can select zwhatever key you want the song played in, and then listen to the melody. Also, some songs have a Hymn selection. Here you can listen to different harmony parts. Note that on the side bar you can turn the volume of the individual harmony parts up and down so that you can just listen to one particular part.

PRAYER AND FAITH FOCUS

Worship the God that created the heavens, earth and all that is made... through His only begotten Son and our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ!

God is our EVER PRESENT help in time of trouble. Be praying that God will teach/impart to our congregation more of how to make what I call the 'Worship connection' with God. So that thoughout the day a Christian is able to make that worship (a form of faith really) connection to Who God is, what His Word says, His attitude and take on the situation, regardless of what is coming their way. When thoughts, circumstances, fiery darts, etc. come we are able to make that worshiop connection to God with not only our spirits, but our minds, emotions, physical strength, etc. Submitting the time to Him who makes everything in line with His perfect, right, and really great will. When all appears to fall around us, we worship Him. He is our safe place which is whenever and wherever we are. We are able to make the worship connection. We are in His presence seated in Jesus Christ at His right hand and He and His kingdom is within us!

*Be praying that we will worship God in spirit and truth 'cause that's what He is seeking. (John 4:23)

"O bless our God, ye people, and make the voice of His praise to be heard" - Psalm 66:8 - God wants us to praise Him out loud with our voices!
